The first of the four was pulled over at 11:50am on Brown Street, initially in relation to a petrol drive off and evasion of police; the 27-year-old Golden Square man not only had methyl amphetamine in the vehicle, but also had other drug paraphernalia and a prohibited weapon. He also was charged with driving whilst disqualified.

Police then, at 4:20pm and 9:15pm respectively, caught two separate drivers who both were caught with methyl amphetamine and cannabis. Both the 43-year-old male from Culgoa and the 21-year-old male from Swan Hill have both been bailed to appear in court at a later date.

A 38-year-old Swan Hill male was the last of the day to be caught, with a controlled weapon also found in his vehicle at 10pm on Curlewis Street.
